Our houses is situated in a quiet and central suburb part of  Vodice, same 500 m from beach and it takes about 10 minutes of easy walking to the center of town. Your cars are safe on private parking space on the premises. 

     We offer 4 new apartments for 2 persons and 2 apartments for 2+1  persons. All apartments have air conditioner, one bedroom, balcony, bathroom with shower, kitchen, kitchen supplies, sat tv, bad laundry, bath towels...

PRICE LIST 2008

   The usage of air conditioner is included in the price of the apartment. 

   The local tax for person per day:

   01.05.-30.06.   0,75 €   01.07.-31.08.   1,00 €   01.09.-31.10.   0,75 €

Childern under 12 years old do not pay local tax. Childern from 12-18 years old have a 50 % discount to the local tax.

   To make reservation You need to send 20% of the total price of your staying in advance on our bank account.
